EDSA Revisited: A Timeless Legacy

The College of Arts and Sciences marked the 38th anniversary of the EDSA Revolution with a thought-provoking forum featuring Atty. Neri Colmenares on February 29 at the University of the Cordilleras Auditorium.

Atty. Neri not only delved into the historical significance of the People Power Revolution but also shed light on the implications of Charter Change, sparking meaningful dialogue.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Ray Dean Salvosa, Chairman of the University Board of Trustees, who offered insightful opening remarks drawing from his own experiences and understanding of the EDSA Revolution.

Although the event was days late from its actual commemoration, it is a testament that ๐™—๐™ช๐™๐™–๐™ฎ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™™๐™ž๐™ฌ๐™– ๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™€๐˜ฟ๐™Ž๐˜ผ; it is embedded within us. The fight for genuine democracy and a just society continues.
