On ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฐ, representatives from HREAP, UCโs partner organization for the Certified HR (CHRA) examination, met with key stakeholders at the UC Conference Room, including VP Dr. Ariel Nimo B. Pumecha, Dean Durezza Basil, and faculty from the Psychology and Behavioral Science Department.
The meeting focused on bolstering the partnership to further prepare students for the CHRA examination. Key highlights included:

Third-year BeS students are required to take the CHRA examination, while Psychology students are highly encouraged.

HREAP offers in-person (paper-and-pen and computer-based) and online exam options.

For AY 2023-2024, UC achieved an impressive 84% passing rate (23 out of 32 takers), surpassing the national average of 78%. Additionally, two UC students emerged as topnotchers.
