In November 2023, students from the BA Communication and Political Science programs emerged victorious at the IP C.I.R.C.L.E League’s THE STORY short film-making competition, held at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines. Their winning entry, “ORIHINAL,” underscores the crucial role of intellectual property in tackling social issues.

The event featured nine entries from seven educational institutions across the Philippines. Among the standout participants, Rey Jerald C. Dieta and Kyra F. Pagalilauan received accolades for Best Director and Best On-Screen Performance, respectively.
